Bird Shows and Enclosures
Bird Shows at the Pools Amphitheatre featuring macaws, hornbills, flamingoes and cockatoos are very interesting. Recreated Antarctic environment in the Penguin Parade enclosure is the home of 200 plus penguins of 5 species. There are 50 more sea birds within the enclosure.
Themed Attractions
Penguin Parade hosts varied Antarctic birds, while Waterfall Aviary has African birds who are lucky to have independence to fly around through their own waterfall. Lory Loft aviary has parrot species as its primary residents.
Natural Habitat
The world's natural equatorial home is recreated to make the birds feel comfortable. More than 100 species of birds are housed in the main walk-in aviary and 24 individual aviaries. Night birds like owls reside at the nocturnal house. Sections like Lory Loft, Pelicon Cove, Parrot Paradise, Swan Lake, Waterfall Aviary, Birds of Paradise, Jungle Jewels and Royal Ramble never cease to fascinate the visitors.
How To Tour
Board the comfortable, air-conditioned monorail which runs through the entire Park, providing fine views of various exhibits. Then, one can venture on a walking tour, using the Park's map and footpaths. Food and beverages are available at the eating centers within the complex.
